admission procedure

  1. An application for admission to the college is to be made in the prescribed form obtainablefrom the college website as well as from the college Office in candidate’s own handwriting duly attested by his/her parents or legal guardian.
  2. Every student willing to join the College for the any session will have to join some Unit of National Cadet Corps or N.S.S. or continuation and  Adult education unit conducted by the College. No exemption will be allowed.
  3. Certified copy of Leaving Certificate from the school of Transfer and Attendance Certificate from the college last attended.
  4. A copy statement of marks obtained by the candidate in the Last examination passed by him duly certified by a gazette officer or the head of a recognized intuition.
  5. Character certificate from the Head Master/Principal of the School/College last attended
  6. Cast Certificate (for students belonging to S.C.,S.T., N.T./ V.J., O.B.C. and special backward class categories)
  7. Court affidavit stating that the student did not join any other institution after passing last University/Board Examination. This affidavit is necessary only if there is a gap of one year or more between joining the college and passing the last Examination.
  8. Migration Certificate in the case of students who have passed their last qualifying examination of University or board other than Nagpur University or Maharashtra state Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education & Eligibility Certificate from Nagpur University.
  9. Income Certificate from Gazette Officer of State Govt. for students claiming freeships / scholarship.
  10. As per the ordinance No. 2 of R.T.M. Nagpur University for admission to a college, the student shall produce the original school leaving or College Leaving certificate, as the case may be, signed by the Head of the Intuition / College last attended.
  11. The reservation of seats of backward class & physically handicapped students will be made as per the University directives. If the factual information has been suppressed in the application form and it comes to notice of the college after admission at any time, he/she will be liable to expulsion besides other action as may be deemed fit.

course of studies

The college provide following courses of Science and Arts Faculties
    1. Science Faculties (English Medium)
      1. B.sc. Sem.I/ Sem.II
        1. Compulsory English.
        2. Any one of the following Language – Marathi, Hindi.
        3. Subject of any one of the following groups, namely –
          • Chemistry, Botany, Zoology. (CBZ)
          • Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. (PCM)
          • Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics. (Comp. Sci.)
      2. B.sc. Sem.III/ Sem.IV
        1. All the three science form group offered, for B.Sc. Sem I/II Examination
        2. For the all Subject Other than Marathi or Hindi the Medium of instruction Will be English.
        3. The Course of studies mentioned in (A) and (B) above lead to Nagpur University Ecamination at the end of the year.
      3. B.sc. Sem.V/ Sem.VI
        1. All the three science form group offered, for B.Sc. SemExamination
        2. For the all Subject Other than Marathi or Hindi the Medium of instruction Will be English.
        3. The Course of studies mentioned in (A) and (B) above lead to Nagpur University Ecamination at the end of the year.
 
  1. Arts Faculties (Marathi Medium)
    1. B.A. Part-I
      1. Compulsory English.
      2. Compulsory Marathi.
      3. Any Three of the following subject –
        • History.
        • Economics.
        • Political Science
        • Sociology
Important Note :- All the Student of B.Sc. Sem III/IV & B.A. Part II shall have atempt “Environment Examination” as it mandatory from R.T.M.N.U.

Qualification for admission

  1. B.Sc. Sem. I/II / B.A. Part I
    For admission to this class a student should have passed Higher Secondary ( Class XII ) Examination of the
    Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and higher Secondary Education or Examination recognized by
    Nagpur University as equivalent there to.
  2. B. Sc. Sem. III/IV/ B.A. Part II
    For admission to this class a student have passed B.Sc. PartI/ B.A. Part I Examination of Nagpur University
    or an Examination recognized by it as equivalent there to. ATKT is permitted.
  3. B.Sc. Sem. V/VI/B.A. Part III
    For admission to this class a student have passed B.Sc. PartI/ B.A. Part I Examination of Nagpur University
    or an Examination recognized by it as equivalent there to. ATKT at B. Sc. II / B.A. Part II is permitted but
    all subject at B. Sc. I/ B.A. I level must be cleared.

mode of admission

List of student provisionally selected for admission will be put on the College Notice Board & after the expiry of last date for submission of application form for admission, such student will produce the original of School College leaving Certificate and Mark list of the last Examination passed and also pay requisite fees before the prescribed date. In case of failure to do so the applicants will lose their claim for admission. In no case the student will informed about their admission to college by post. The applicants are therefore, advised to see the Notice Board every day. No admission is allowed on Duplicated college leaving certificate (As a special case if admitted on Duplicated college leaving certificate such students will have to submit 100/- Rs. Affidavit)

general Discipline

All the student of the College should observe the rules of the conduct framed by the college from time.

  1. The students are directly answerable to discipline Committee and the Principal for their behavior in general both inside and outside the college.
  2. The students should behave respectfully with their teachers and politely with their fellow students.
  3. म. सर्वोच्च न्यायालयच्या निर्णयाप्रमाणे प्रवेशासाठी येणारा विद्यार्थी यापुर्वी रॅगिंग करण्यामध्ये गुंतलेला असेल त्याला प्रवेश नाकारण्यात येईल किंवा प्रवेश दिल्यानंतरही असे निदर्शनास आले की, सदर विद्यार्थी रॅगिंग करण्यामध्ये गुंतलेला होता तर त्याला निस्काशित करण्यात येईल व तशी पोलीशात तक्रार करण्यात येईल.
  4. The student should see the “NOTICE BOARD” daily for various notices that may be put from time to time.
  5. No student shall bring any companion with him/her who is not a student of this college
  6. The student will leave the college premises as soon as their classes are over.
  7. No excursions or tours shall be arranged by the student without the prior written permission of the principal. The attention of the parent/ guardians is special invited to the fact that they should not permit their sons/daughters wards to take part in the tour unless they confirm about the permission accorded by the Principal.
  8. The student shall also not invite guests or arrange their lectures on their own initiative.
  9. The student remaining absent without prior intimation in writing are liable to be fined as 75% attendance is Must.
  10. The principal reserve the right to remove from the college roll, the name of any student for.
    • Failure to pay the college dues.
    • Failure to come up to the academic standard ( Progress and Attendance )
    • Conduct which in the opinion of Principal is unsatisfactory.
    • For nay act of indiscipline.
  11. The student must wear college uniform, as it is compulsory to all and issue College Identity Card at the time of admission & keep it, throughout the session.
  12. Student shall observe all safety precautions. The College is not responsible for accidents of whatever nature in the college, laboratory, play ground and during tour or trips.
  13. Student Should Participate in all the Co & Extra-Curricular activities conducting throughout the college session.
  14. .Use of Mobile phone is prohibited in the classroom, in the Laboratory and at the time of college examination.
  15. Use of Tobacco, Gutka & etc. is strictly prohibited in the college premises, if any student is found associated with this is liable for being fine suitable.
